If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — simple, fast, and hassle-free.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, protective seals, and packaging are intact

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (where applicable) along with clear, step-by-step return instructions.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will resolve the issue promptly by:

  • Sending a replacement, or

  • Issuing a full refund,

at no additional cost to you.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used intimate / personal-care products (e.g., breast pumps, nursing accessories, maternity support garments)

  • Products with visible wear, damage, or modifications

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final-sale products (marked as such at checkout)

  • Certain hygiene-related items where the seal has been broken

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or model?

The fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Wait for your refund to be processed, then

  3. Place a new order for the item you’d like instead

This ensures your new item ships quickly and in perfect condition.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Within this time, you can return any unused product for a full refund — no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
